Mini Rod

1. Chassis
* Can be factory production or a scratch built unit.  
* Any gearbox or combination of gear reduction units can be used.
* 2WD only.

1. Hitch
* Maximum hitch height will be 4 inches.

2. Body
* Must be a car, truck or tractor body.

3. Dimensions
* Maximum length will be 17 inches, measured from the rear of the hitch to the most forward part of the truck.
* Max. length will include weights and wheelie bars.
* No wheel base limit within vehicle length.  

4. Motor
* Any motor listed as small in the general rules.  
* One motor only.

5. Battery
* Maximum of 8 cells.
* Must be under the body or chassis.

6. Wheels
* Front tires minimum size will be 1¼  inches.  
* Rear drive tires can be maximum of 5½ inches in diameter and a  maximum of 3 ¼ inches in width.

7. Weight
* Maximum vehicle weight will be 7 pounds.
* Vehicle must center balance on a 3/8” wide beam.
